RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

  • Opening of callouts on Enterprise system.
  • Capturing details as per outlet.
  • Dispatching technicians.
  • Logging expected time of arrival of technician at outlet.
  • Closing of callouts on Enterprise.
  • Analysing and closing job cards processed on the system.
  • Checking accuracy of flow meter readings.
  • Checking accuracy of glassware delivered, log reasons for non-delivery (where applicable).
  • Checking invoicing of stock.
  • Invoicing callout and travel charges where applicable.
  • Capturing and analysis of car stock counts.
  • Capturing and analysis of technician kilometre claims.
  • Analysing weekly reports.
  • Capturing of job cards.
  • Checking and capturing of car stock.
  • Capturing of stock data onto database.
  • Car inspections.
  • Responsible for all vehicles i.e booking of services, license disks etc.
  • Handling Petty cash and facilitating EFTs.

  • Relevant qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service experience
  • Administration experience
