Job Description:

  1. Workflow planning and scheduling
  2. Accountable for technician’s time, tasks and output quality
  3. Creating a climate for optimal performance by directing staff to achieve operational excellence standards
  4. Establish, promote and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  5. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
  6. Generate management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities
  7. Analyse market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to promote client gratification
  9. Achieve sales targets while managing expense budget against set targets
  10. Documentation of lead and opportunity development, generation of quotes, interaction with services for the creation of proposals, and general maintenance of the pipeline details for an accurate and timely capture in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  2. Strong people management skills
  3. Intermediate to strong IT / technological skills (Microsoft / Office )
  4. Driver license
  5. Proven track record of 3 – 5 years of direct sales, well networked
  6. Willing to submit to ITC and police clearance checks and medically fit
  7. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  8. Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  9. Able and open to comprehend and gain product knowledge
  10. Excellent Innovation and problem-solving skills
